This company is a multinational banking and financial services corporation
LOCATION: Jacksonville, FL
DESCRIPTION:
The successful candidate will responsible for becoming an integral team member within a five person Operations Control Team and actively participate and assist in the completion of the teams daily tasks as prescribed by 15C3-3(d), Reg. T, REG SHO, etc. Candidate will perform over 60 different functions on a daily basis and will be assigned key functions as their daily deliverable.
Responsibilities:
Work with business partners daily to problem solve and ensure regulatory requirements are met
Maintain and track company and client obligations to ensure timely and accurate processing [to comply with Regulatory and internal requirements]
Run and maintain an Access database responsible for sending notifications, tracking activity
Inform client service teams of requirements and processing Buy-Ins /Sellouts
EXPERIENCE:
Ability to work under pressure in a team environment
Self motivated, able to manage own time and know when to escalate
Excellent research skills
Proficient in MS Office Programs: Excel, Access, Word, etc.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
1 to 3 years in Operations/Compliance related field
Detail-oriented to ensure accurate execution of work
Team focused
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree Required
