DESCRIPTION: Immediate opening for a Trade Fund Management System Adoption Manager located at the company's headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio. Trade Funds Management involves numerous processes and systems used from initial business planning, plan optimization, execution, payment, and results analysis to maximize our trade spend investment for both the company and its retailer partners. The Trade Fund System Adoption Manager is responsible for working across numerous Sales Teams and categories to drive full adoption of a best-in-industry Trade Fund Planning System to enable sales teams to meet or exceed financial objectives and optimize sales plans. In addition, the Adoption Manager builds management skills; owning and managing both processes and system adoption plans for a specific group of customer teams.
Seeking highly motivated individuals who combine a unique skill set of strong technical/system skills to develop Trade Fund system mastery, strong Business Acumen to develop understanding of the sales process, strong communication skills to train and develop others. Seeking candidates who can develop productive working relationships with key customer team contacts and category teams to both drive system adoption, and in the process develop a broad understanding of a go-to-market approach.
The candidate must be willing to relocate to Cincinnati, Ohio for this position. You will be expected to be mobile throughout your career.
EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years relevant sales and/or system experience is required.
Prior experience with Trade Fund systems such as SAP, CAS, Nielsen, Oracle, Promax is a plus.
Ability to lead change, train, and develop organizations
Demonstrated ability of critical thinking and problem solving
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Successful candidates must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel on the job
You must be willing to relocate to Cincinnati and be able to move/relocate throughout your career
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree required.
